An ideal opportunity for individuals\, businesses\, schools and clubs\, to host a social gathering and raise much needed funds for Western Alzheimer’s. \nThe target for the 2026 Tea Day is €100k. We need 200 Tea Days Events to take place on the day and raise on average €500 each! You can do so online\, by phone or by email. (More details below).\nGet your Tea Day Pack from Western Alzheimer’s.\nRecruit some help in running your event (if needed). Form a small committee. Divide out jobs in preparation for the event. Ask some friends or work colleagues to bake some scones or bring some supplies tea\, coffee\, biscuits. Someone might like to take on decor for the event such as tablecloths and table centre pieces (optional).\nDecide on your location. Lots of people host in their homes\, at their work\, a local coffee shop\, community hall\, GAA club or school.\nGet the word out about your event. Display posters in your community\, spread the word on social\, what’s app\, text or email friends and use any means possible to spread the word locally! Promote it!\nSet your stage for your event. Get everything ready for your event the evening before. Display Donation Posters. Have collection buckets near entrance areas.\nHost your event + don’t forget to have fun!
